Arik Berglund
Dramaturg

Arik Berglund is ecstatic to be the dramaturg for Jesus Christ Superstar - not the least of which reason is he has finally been able to use his Masters in New Testament Studies for something other than coffeehouse theological debates. Utmost thanks to Scott Blanks for his vision to stage a Jesus Christ Superstar the likes of which has never been attempted, and for enduring the numerous shoulder-tapping suggestions of this theatre novice. Arik recently appeared in USC's production of Lonesome West. He has also performed in several recent productions at Workshop Theatre, including The Man Who Came to Dinner. He can be seen this June in Trustus Theatre's late-night performance of An Adult Evening with Shel Silverstein. " A final thanks to St. Thorfinn, patron saint of Norwegian library science graduate students; to Garrett, who led me to still waters; and to Jennifer, the most saintly and beautiful woman I have ever known. Christos einai ei anatasis."
